Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 21st July 2024 at Hotel Amandeep, Alipurduar

 

On July 21, 2024, the Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Alipurduar Nilkanta Mukherjee Welfare Society was held at the Convention Hall of Hotel Amandeep, College Halt, Alipurduar. The meeting was graced by the honourable members of the society and special guests.

Mr. Biplab Mazumder, the Secretary General of the organization, delivered a comprehensive report on the activities and social services conducted by the organization over the past financial year. Mr. Barun Kanti Paul, the Treasurer, presented the financial accounts and the audit report for the previous financial year.

Mr. Sashim Nandi, Mr. Ranajit Malakar, Dr. Jyoti Bikash Nath, Mr. Bijan Deb Roy, and Dr. Prabir Haldar discussed the challenges encountered in the previous years and proposed a strategic plan for the future. They also provided a critical assessment of the past year and deliberated on the future course of action.

The Secretary proposed the new Executive Committee for the year 2023-2024, which was unanimously approved by all members present.
